An expansion of “The Corridor” plan included a Lifetime Fitness development, which includes both indoor and outdoor activities. TADI updated the previously conducted “The Corridor” TIA to include Lifetime Fitness along with evaluation of internal intersections along Golf Parkway, Patrick Boulevard and the Golf Parkway intersection with Calhoun Road. The following tasks were performed:

• Trip generation, distribution and assignment
• SYNCHRO modeling
• TIA Report (approved)
