We pride ourselves on doing our work with integrity and completing it right the first time. The success of our clients is our biggest reward and the fact that 95% of our clients are repeat clients is a true indication of the quality of workmanship and service we provide.

In 2002, John Bieberitz and Stephanie Olsson founded the company to focus exclusively on traffic engineering. Jeff Fait soon joined to oversee signal design services and Traffic Analysis & Design, Inc. was born.

We saw that many great design firms didn’t have a traffic group. We wanted to give clients the option to hire traffic engineering specialists when needed, and keep the design firms they love working with.

In the beginning, our main service was traffic impact analysis (TIAs) for private developments. The relationships and contacts we developed through our TIA services led to our company’s growth in several traffic engineering areas such as signal design, data collection, safety engineering, pedestrian and bicycle studies, analysis and modeling, and corridor studies. Now simply called TADI, the firm has grown to more than ten times its original size and boasts a reputation for engineering integrity and superior attention to client service.

We know that clients select based on good work, done on time and on budget. Most firms do that, but we wanted to be even better. To stand-out, we built a culture on understanding our client’s objectives and delivering right the first time, every time.

Since 2002, several amazing engineers and technicians have joined our team. TADI staff members play an active and meaningful role in the project process and are valued for their contributions to scoping, engineering, and public involvement. TADI prides itself on developing innovative solutions that are realistic, defendable and done right. Our comprehensive industry knowledge, coupled with an emphasis on client service, ranks TADI as the premier traffic engineering firm in the region. We are proud to help our clients succeed.
