TADI’s Role: John Campbell, PE, RSP2 and Christian R. Sternke, PE, RSP2 collaborate with colleagues Kevin M. Scopoline, PE (WisDOT) and Ahnaray Bizjak, PE (City of Janesville) to develop a method to transform near-miss data from videos of traffic to useable crash predictions. The method, named the Multimodal Intersection Severity Score (MiSS), was submitted to an ITE Sandbox Competition, and took first place in the profession category.
