TADI prepared a traffic impact analysis (TIA) report to evaluate up to 180 multi-family residential units and potential commercial development on an adjacent 4.4-acre parcel south of Kiley Way in Plymouth, Wisconsin.  The development site is adjacent to an existing Wal-Mart Super Center and commercial development area, so the analysis was focused on additional apartment traffic impacts to mainline intersections such as Kiley Way/STH 57 to the east and Carr Road/CTH C to the south.
