The development of consists of a mini-City consisting of walkable outdoor venue containing a mix of local and national retailers, restaurants, residential, cinema and entertainment along with both above street level and lower-level parking.
The USH 18/Bluemound Road corridor is a heavily developed, heavily traveled major arterial through Brookfield. The Bluemound Road corridor is one of the heaviest traveled commercial corridors in the state and the Bluemound Road intersection with Barker Road is one of the busiest intersections in the region.
The development of consists of a mini-City consisting of walkable outdoor venue containing a mix of local and national retailers, restaurants, residential, cinema and entertainment along with both above street level and lower-level parking. TADI conducted a TIA per WisDOT guidelines and requirements for this mixed-use high-end development. TADI evaluated several access options along with internal circulation options. TADI recommended relocating/modifying the Jennifer Drive signalized intersection to serve as the main access to/from The Corners of Brookfield development on Bluemound Road. The following tasks were performed:

• SYNCHRO modeling
• Alternatives analysis
• Development of a capacity analysis methodology/tool for congested intersections
