TADI prepared the traffic impact analysis (TIA) for the R1VER development, a planned office, retail, and residential redevelopment on the Kinnickinnic River at Becher Street & 1st in the City of Milwaukee. After acceptance of the TIA, the City retained TADI to develop construction plans, specifications, and estimates for existing traffic signal removal and replacement, as well as temporary signals, at the intersection of 1st Street at Becher Street.
