TADI developed construction plans, specifications, and estimates for approximately 7.5 miles of fiber-optic traffic signal interconnect along Howell Avenue from Oakwood Road to Grange Avenue, incorporating 11 signalized intersections into the system.

Project tasks included:

  • Plan, specification, and estimate preparation (design includes monotubes, video vehicle detection, and emergency vehicle preemption)
