TADI was retained to aid in planning for the Hammes Company office building which also included additional development phases consisting of residential and additional office space. The site is located at the corner of Water Street with Cherry Street in downtown Milwaukee. The site is expected to generate both vehicular and pedestrian traffic resulting in the need to analyze pedestrian access, pedestrian crossings, pick-up/drop-off areas, vehicular access, intersection operations and signal operations. TADI completed the TIA and was able to accommodate pedestrians, transit, and motorists with intersection and signal modifications with minimum on-street parking impacts.

• Internal circulation/driveway recommendations, improvements for pedestrians and transit users, and improvements to the study area intersections
