TADI prepared a traffic impact analysis (TIA) report to evaluate peak hour traffic operations along S. 76th Street (CTH U) and Ryan Road (STH 100) related to the construction of a Carma Laboratories headquarters, plus other adjacent potential developments in Franklin, Wisconsin.  Future development included commercial uses estimated on adjacent lands to the south along both the north and south sides of STH 100.  

The TIA evaluated three site access options for the adjacent commercial property directly south of the Carma Laboratories building: access to 76th Street via the Carma Labs driveway (cross-access option), separate access to 76th Street, separate access to both 76th Street and STH 100.  The location of the driveway options were evaluated against the functional area of intersection at the S. 76th Street/Ryan Road intersection.  Intersection sight distance evaluations were also completed for the proposed S. 76th Street and Ryan Road access locations.
