TADI conducted this Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) for the Ballpark Commons mixed-use development. Ballpark commons includes a 4,000 seat baseball stadium (Home of the Milwaukee Milkmen), golf range, indoor training facility, office space, restaurants, retail space, hotel, and multi-family residential. The TIA considered traffic conditions to accommodate multiple land uses including a baseball stadium. A significant amount of coordination was required between TADI and the stakeholders for this project. TADI was able to identify roadway improvements that satisfied City, County and State requirements and was acceptable to the developer’s budget for improvements.
